Payments can be made online through Booking Hawk at the start of each block for classes or pay for one play session. Please click on the "book your class here" to be redirected to our booking page. Your payment will be made securely online when booking. By using our online booking system, you can easily secure your spot and ensure that the payment process is hassle-free and secure.

We prioritise creating an intimate and engaging experience for you and your child, which is why our classes and play sessions need to be booked in advance through our website. Each of our rooms is a small, carefully curated space, allowing for a maximum of 8 children at a time. This ensures that every child receives the attention and support they need. We offer a daily "Stay and Play Toddle" session, as well as various class options to fit different interests and schedules. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure you book your desired time slot ahead of your visit. We would love to accommodate everyone, but to maintain the quality of our sessions and safety of our attendees, we cannot accept walk-ins. Booking in advance guarantees your spot and helps us provide the best possible experience for all participants.

We believe in family participation and offer a 50% sibling discount on the second child's enrollment and if you have a sibling inder 6 months they can attend for free alongside a paying child. This discount is automatically applied when you register multiple children.

If you or your child are unable to attend a class, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. While we do not offer refunds for missed classes, we provide makeup sessions where possible, subject to availability.

For our classes, we recommend comfortable clothing that allows free movement, such as t-shirts and leggings or shorts. For baby massage classes. oil will be used so it would be useful for baby to have an easily accessible outfit. For messy play classes paint will be used so it is advisable not to wear a new outfit. All materials and equipment will be provided by Toddle On.
